Your new cheesy goodies are wearable art made from polymer clay which is strong and durable but it not indestructible. Please try not to drop them on hard surfaces and store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Avoid swimming or showering and keep them away from perfumes and other chemicals. You may use a damp cloth or baby wipe to clean between wears. For more stubborn makeup transfer, use a cotton pad with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Be careful not to apply rubbing alcohol to pieces with hand painted details or metallic foil.
Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, for items that have not been cared for correctly or for failure to read product descriptions.

If your cheesy goods break, please email us with a picture and we can discuss a solution. Our products are tested before being sold but in the unfortunate event of a breakage we may be able to offer a repair or replacement. We will not repair or replace items, which have not been properly cared for, or are more than 6 months old.
All items are sent via Australia Post (within Australia). This price includes the packaging of your products, post box/satchel and tracking. The Cheesy Creative will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent.
